2011 NATIONAL COTY AWARD WINNER KITCHEN REMODEL UNDER $120K

Rear extension East Hills to expand family room and kitchen. All new Marvin windows, new front potico featuring Azek trim boards, new Cetainteed Cedar Impressions vinyl siding, GAF Timberline roof shingles, and new rear deck featuring Azek decking and railings. Front entrance was modified by expanding the powder room and framing a new front hall closet inset into the garage. An additional staircase was added to the rear of the living room to connect to the extended family room.

  • We used the coffered ceiling to hide the I beams rather than fur it down and lose standard hieght
  • These steel I beams were need to extend the rear of the house and to add the additional staircase.
